the breakfast was really good. the staff were so friendly and helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage. they also provided a complimentary breakfast in the lovely adjoining restaurant. it was a very nice gesture.
too much noise, the windows need an updating. service needs improving, the alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. we requested for a change of the bed sheets and towels, but it didn't happen for the nights we stayed.

the location was central to many restaurants and bars the receptionist was cute and facilitated an early check-in i found this helpful as i was out for the day the room was clean the shower was powerful breakfast was plentiful i found it lovely
the hotel is in an old building that could use some refurbishment

The location was acceptable. Public transport access was available nearby.
The hotel charged my card before the free cancellation period ended. This is not standard practice. Upon cancelling, I was initially assured a full refund, then told I would not receive my money back. The staff demonstrated an unprofessional attitude and seem to prioritize money over guest satisfaction.

the location is central and convenient (walking distance to many attractions). the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a good selection of items in the restaurant next door.
the noise level from nearby bars was quite high. i was warned, but it was still more disruptive than expected. the bathroom was small with limited space for toiletries. the window did not fully close, so it let in a noticeable draft.
